[HCRA] PSK31 adventures

Hi everybody!
	I just got to say, if you have HF privleges, a computer with a soundcard
and an HF rig, and you haven't tryed PSK31, you MUST try it, lots and lots
of DX and most stations are QRP and still coming in clear. i just have to
say GET ON PSK31, you'll be AMAZED!
