[HCRA] IRLP Web Broadcasts

The live broadcasts of IRLP have returned to the web.

on hams around the world.

Yesterday evening the HCRA board was presented with a request to activate an
IRLP node in our area. It was unanimously approved. We will be going forward
with the project immediately.

We are also looking for donations to the project. So far we have received a
suitable computer and $90 cash. If you would like to donate time, money,
equipment or expertise, please get in touch with any HCRA board member.

This should be an exciting project, stay tuned as we venture into new
territory.
