[HCRA] Re: SSTV Links.

Thanks to John for forwarding this information to the list.

I have to make a correction about the reply function on the list. Since last
nights change, it makes no difference whether you click "reply" or "Reply to
All". Either action will ONLY send to the list, never to the original
sender. If many of you feel this is not good I can change it back.
