[HCRA] IRLP Antenna Upgrade

The 2m antenna being used for IRLP was upgraded from a plain vanilla
ground plane
to a CushCraft Ringo Ranger with 5.5dB gain.  The upgrade was performed
on
Saturday afternoon.  It is still up only about 30', but I wanted to see
the benefit from
the gain before moving it onto the tower.

I would be interested in hearing signal reports, especially "before and
after" type
reports.
