[HCRA] A Semi-conductor-useful website

Thanks Steve,

A truly valuable reference.  I put this one in my favorites.  I can finally
throw out all of my paper cross-reference books.  It is about time one of
the manufacturers came out with one.  I'm sure, if they haven't already, the
remainder of the replacement semiconductor industry will follow this
example.

How is the code practice going?
