To All-

  Dan Eastes, K5OW, recently decided to upgrade his antenna system with the latest durable and high performance 50 ohm feed line available.

  As a result, the feed line he replaced is 50 ohm and appears to be RG8 or equivalent.  It tested fine with a calibrated network analyzer while terminated with a 50 ohm conducted by Bob Dockey, a former HP RF engineer.

  Dan has offered the coax (nearly 200 feet) to anyone who can utilize it.  I mentioned we often have new members, as well as long term, who can make use of the cable.
