[HCARC] VE test

For the second week in a row we had a very successful VE test.  Thank you Fred again for what you do.

The Medina Radio Club VE Team held a test session on 10/9/20 at the Medina UMC in a classroom instead of the Fellowship Hall due so we were a little crowded!  We had eight candidates testing with four passing including one upgrading to General.  We hope to see the other four at a future session, because they all did very well on the test, just missing by a few questions.

A special thanks to Scott Hopkins who served as a backup Volunteer Examiner in case we needed him.  It was a close call when we lost Bill to attend a fire alarm, but he was able to return while the test was still in progress just as Scott arrived to assume his duties.
