[HCARC] New Sunspot

There are now 2 sunspot groups on the sun.  They are both about S25, one 
is near the center and the other is perhaps E50, towards the rising side 
limb.  The Boulder sunspot number for 08 Oct is 0 so they haven't been 
on the sun long enough to be counted.  The Eastern one may be the one 
seen earlier that disappeared.  There are 2 sunspots in that group, both 
small.  We'll see what tomorrow brings.
