/US Postal Service not accepting mail to some countries. My guess is 
this list will probably expand - Bill W2CQ/


    Temporary Service Suspensions

The Postal Service^™ received notice that various international postal 
operators can no longer process or deliver mail or services originating 
from the U.S. due to coronavirus-related service disruptions. These 
issues affect all international mail services except GXG.

As of April 3, 2020, we cannot accept at any Post Office^™ facility any 
items, except GXG, destined for the affected countries 
<https://www.usps.com/international/mail-shipping-services.htm#countries> 
listed below. Please do not attempt to send an item addressed to any of 
these countries. If you do, the item will be returned to you.


      Returns & Refunds

For any returned item bearing a customs form, the Postal Service will, 
upon request, refund postage and fees on mail returned due to the 
suspension of service. For all other returned items not bearing a 
customs declarations form, the Postal Service will, upon request, refund 
postage and fees on an item returned due to the suspension of service, 
or you may resend the item with the existing postage once service has 
been restored. If you choose to resend the item later, you must cross 
out the markings "Mail Service Suspended — Return to Sender."

Unless noted otherwise on International Service Alerts

service suspensions to a particular country do not affect delivery of 
military and diplomatic mail.
