ISSUE RESOLVED. you know the old saw about a monkey, a typewriter, enough
time, and Shakespeare's works. It worked for me to find the problem with
this handheld, and it took only a bit less time than a monkey would take.
The good news is this little TH-D7A (6W) handheld and rubber duckie is
perfectly usable with the new repeater location from the north end of Morris
Ranch, west of FBG. That's FM 2093 and Morris-Tivydale Rd. I can't even
raise the FBG repeater from here. Good job repeater jocks. and thanks.

Subject: Anyone Use/Own a Kenwood TH-D7A

I've dug myself a deep programming hole with my Kenwood TH-D7A not even a
FULL RESET lets me climb out of. I can't transmit, despite having pored over
the manual and troubleshooting tips. Does anyone in the club have or use a
TH-D7A so I can compare programming? Please reply via regular email. Thanks.
