It worked for me to find the problem with this handheld, and it took only a bit less time than a monkey would take. The good news is this little TH-D7A (6W) handheld and rubber duckie is perfectly usable with the new repeater location from the north end of Morris Ranch, west of FBG. That's FM 2093 and Morris-Tivydale Rd. I can't even raise the FBG repeater from here. It differs a little from what W5FBG said, so if I did something wrong, I apologize. Check it out, though. Double-click on the attached .kmz file and it will launch Google Earth (assuming you have it loaded on your computer) and navigate to the path. You can zoom and move from that point, just like normal use of Google Earth.
