[HCARC] Help with Kenwood TS-590SG

Hi John,

I'm pretty sure I understand how it is to be done. It just does not work.
There is a question if the USB port is functioning properly from the
previous owner. I would like to find someone who has it hooked up via the
USB port and connect my radio to test. The primary issue is that I can not
set up the virtual com port. I can install it but it never shows in the
ports list. I have been following the documentation provided by Kenwood.
