[HCARC] Help with Kenwood TS-590SG

Hi all,

I have a 590 that came from a silent key recently. I am trying to check out
the USB port to make sure it can be used with digital modes. However, I am
having problems making it do what I think it should do. Mainly, I am trying
to set up the virtual com port on my windows 10 box, but have not had
any luck. If someone has one configured like this, I would love to bring
mine over and see if it works there.

If you know how to do this on a Mac, even better, but I will settle for
Windows for now.
