The club Packet RMS callsign has been changed from N5HR-10 to W3XO-10 to
match the club station call.

Does anybody repair or know someone that repairs this model tuner?
Thanx,

Got this from a fellow Flex User:

There was a release yesterday 01/17/19 of HRD 6.5.0.183 be very cautious of it.
Upon install it needs to Load VisuCalc C+++ 2017. This product alone corrupted all DAX drivers and while still installed allowed no Dax comm.
The Antenna Rotor program graphics with regard to Great Circle Disappeared.
I spent approximately 2 hours trying to recover from this mishap.

On 01/18/19 HRD sent out this

Following yesterday's release of Ham Radio Deluxe 6.5.0.183 version, we received a few calls that relate the three common points.  I wanted to take a moment to let you all know (a) what they are and (b) what needs to be done.

It's worth pointing out that we have about 25,000 users and we've received less than 50 reports total on these three topics.

Wait for a FIX don't make the mistake I did.
      Best Of Luck
      Ian

I need an Elmer to help me get Logger32 to work with my Kenwood TS-590SG.  I
have the Kenwood CAT program working between the PC and radio but can't seem
to get the radio to connect to Logger32.

I only started using Logger32 so if you  have other suggestions, I'm open to
try something else.  I haven't ever used an digital logging program except
N1MM.

We haven't heard from him in years, if I remember right who he was.

He used to check in to the Monday night net.

We called him Cookie Man because he used to bring cookies to the Club
meetings.

He fell off his roof or a ladder onetime and got hurt.  Maybe he didn't
recover well from that.

For some reason I don't understand Google Earth Pro doesn't go to his
address.

I wondered if there was some landmark, a tower or something he might have
had up that would pinpoint his location.

Subject: HCARC - Items for Sale (Updated)

Dear Club Member:

Sales of ham radio and related gear from the estate of Mel Warren, N5XTV
have been brisk the past week.

I have updated the list I sent out on January 11th to show the items that
have been sold, and items that are pending sale. There are still many listed
items available, all at a club member discount of 20% off the market value
of these used items. There are still several radios, including several
collectible Heathkit items, microphones, test equipment and networking gear
still available. Let me know if you're interested in a particular item and I
will give you a quote on the price. All proceeds will be used to support
club activities and projects.

In addition, there are a lot of miscellaneous items I have not inventoried.
These include headphones, electronics parts, mobile antennas, wire, cable,
coax, etc. I am running a special on these items: wire, cable, and coax will
be sold at $1 per pound; other items not on the attached list will be sold
at $5 per pound.

Send me an email or call or text me at 832-967-1510 if you would like to
come out to my QTH to check out any of these items.

73,

Dale - K4DG
