[HCARC] Cell phones

I'm not hearing Kerrville either.  The station I hear on 162.45 is 
Corpus Christi and it has a lot of marine weather.  The 2 real strong 
ones here in Harper are LLano on 162.425 and Junction 162.475.  I also 
hear Austin on 162.400 and San Antonio (I think) on 162.550.  Kerrville 
seems to be not transmitting.  There is a second station on 162.475 
underneath Junction.

I'd be surprised if the cell phone problem and NWS are related.
