You do know that if you used UTC, Zulu, or GMT - whatever you want to
call it - you would never have to change your clocks again. After a
while the conversion from local time to your time for appointments and
TV programs becomes second nature. The whole country could convert to
UTC and then there would be no more confusion and it probably wouldn't
take any longer to convert than the conversion from English units to
metric units!
PS - I can't believe any ham doesn't use UTC for their logging - Oh,
yes, I remember, no one logs anymore.
