Good evening folks……

We are fast approaching the date for the October HAMster Lunch and 
Learn……..As such we have begun fund raising activities to help finance the 
up coming event.

Ruth and I have donated 2 HT radio’s to be raffled off at the August meeting 
and will raffle off another one for the September meeting.

We also donated the grand prize for the Lunch and Learn a Yaesu FT 920 HF/6 
100 watt Base Station.

We have begun selling early RAFFLE tickets for the Grand Prize at last 
months meeting.

I am happy to say, that so far we have generated $145 in revenue from the 
early sale of raffle tickets…..all of the generated funds will go towards 
funding for the event - FOOD, PLATES, CUPS, DRINKS, ETC.

While the early sales are helping to generate funds, we will clearly still 
need to rely upon donations towards the event.

If you can help, please let us know…….

Donations of funds to help provide the food, additional prize offerings, 
etc.

We also need to start gathering personal to help provide training classes, 
etc.

If you can support this event with donations and or providing training……many 
people will be very grateful.

This event……has been a great event for the HAMsters, providing outstanding 
training, recruiting new members and promoting Weak Signal Training.

I hope Flex Radio will be on hand again for this event……..
