[HCARC] Elmer assistance needed

Hank Ortega, KG5TKV (who is not on the reflector) asked if I could find
someone to help him.

He is in River Hill and has recently purchsed a TYT TH 7800 dual band
mobile for his truck and is having some problems programming it.  He is on
the road quite a bit during the summer and would like to get some
assistance on how to program in some repeater frequencies so he can
communicate while traveling.
