[HCARC] Monday net -- echolink

I talked to Fred.  He worked on EchoLink yesterday and can find nothing wrong. 
There are two items on the EchoLink website which may be causing issues:  
1) you must have the latest version installed and 
2) there is a known issue with the Windows 8 and Windows 10 installer which they are working on.
