[HCARC] Monday net -- echolink

I had a problem 3-4 weeks ago with getting connected.  I changed my proxy
and that solved the problem.  I just checked the unit and saw no problem. I
am currently using public proxy N9MUF-GRETCH or N9MUF-OVATION (these come up
automatically for me now).  Sorry can't remember the proxy that was not
working for me. Don't know why it didn't work, but getting rid of it did the
trick.

Tried several times to get into the net with no joy.

Also it took like 5x to get echolink to "stick" - it kicked me off about
4x,  5 seconds after login in.  (then it woked on receive, no xmit)
