Terry do you run CCLEANER?
This might help if there are problems in the registry, left over program
bits, etc.

Haven't tried LOTW, but following the latest Microsoft update, I have a
genealogy program (Family Tree Maker) that no longer works and my anti virus
software (AVG) will no longer update.  Also, my system has slowed down
considerably. I think it is about time to get rid of Microsoft.
