[HCARC] Google Earth Terrain Mapping Feature

Is there anyone in the club who is good at using the Terrain Mapping feature of Google earth.  Specifically the ability to mark two points and have Google Earth draw a side view profile of the earth (hills and valleys) between the two points.  It has numerous Ham Radio uses – such as do I have a clear line of sight between my QTH and a specific repeater.  Or done around the compass a clear view of what your radio signal encounters in each direction you choose to see.  It might also tell you how high a tower you might need to put up to clear hills in the near and far field (out to a couple of miles).
