[HCARC] Solar Activity Update 5

There are currently 4 sunspot groups on the suns face.  There are 2 more
active regions on the back side of the sun, one in the Northern
hemisphere and the other in the Southern.   I expect that they both will
show up in 1 to 2 days.  The active region in the North is already
showing signs of activity over the sun's limb. No way to tell if they
will be impressive sunspot groups or not, but the one in the North
appears more active than the one in the South.  The large sunspot group
that appeared a couple days ago has been fairly active - it has produced
about 80 % of the flares in the last few days and all but one of the
larger C-class flares.  The geomagnetic field is expected to be active
to disturbed the next couple days.  The solar flux is 92 today and I'm
guessing it may it a hundred by early next week.  The sunspot groups can
drop quickly but I'm hoping this spurt of activity will last a little while.
