[HCARC] Tropical storm Harvey

Hurricane Harvey predicted to reach Cat 3 status prior to landfall.  That 
means it will be strengthening as it hits the Coast (Corpus) at high tide. 
Padre Island expects 6-10 foot storm surge.

As of 1300 TS Harvey is now Cat 1 Hurricane Harvey.  Expect Kerr County to
go under TS Watch or warning by tonight.  Comal County is already under TS
Watch.

    I think this afternoon I going to put my g5rv down for the weekend look
like this tropical storm or possible hurricane Harvey may get dicey around
here. Been looking on the National Weather Service Maps. And when you see
San Antonio is under a tropical storm warning and we're not that far away.
It looks like the storm is ramping up pretty quickly.WD5ENHSteve
