[HCARC] Rain

An inch is worthwhile anytime.  Heck, I'm even happy with my .3, as when I 
dropped off to sleep we hadn't a drop.  It seems we get our worst rains when 
NWS predicts "severe weather".  One almost wishes they wouldn't jinx us. 
Maybe it just feels that way because hopes for significant rains are 
elevated so much.

1.08" at K5KS in Harper.  Probably about half between 0300 and 0400Z
during the Skywarn Net and the rest between 1200 and 1300Z this
morning.  A worthwhile rain for us.
