[HCARC] Retirement

Team,

Monday I gave my letter of retirement as team lead to the NWS.
This was effective as of Monday.

Basically the team was replaced by social media.  There are two
members left and the helm was handed over to them.  Weather
(pun intended) or not they decide to stay is unknown.

I'll still be available as always, and from time to time come out
and give presentations to the Kerrville club.   Always said if I move
from Gruene, Kerrville is where I'm going.
