[HCARC] FS: Icom 28H - 50$

Just replaced this old war horse with a new Icom.  If you have heard me 
on the Monday night net, I was using this 28H.

Cosmetics: case scratched, I would call it a 5 out of 10

Functions: I just measured the high output at 43 watts on a Bird 43 watt 
meter (into a dummy load) and 3 watts on low power. Specifications call 
for 45/5 so it's close.  One out of two dial lights out

What's included: original box, keypad Icom microphone, mounting bracket, 
and original manual/schematic

First 50$ gets it - I can bring it to the Thursday meeting.
