At about 4:30 Harvey, you may have slept through most of the storm. There
were actually two squall lines that came through with the first being
definitely the stronger. My NOAA alarm didn't go off. The only Severe
Weather notification was to our south down towards Uvalde/Crystal City.
There was quite a storm going on there.

Quite a bit of lightning and thunder about 0430.
I looked on SA radar on my cellphone and saw that it was a shallow squall
line coming thru, I didn't even get up.
I didn't get any emergency phone calls from the county.
Did you know you can sign up for emergency notifications via phone from Kerr
Co.?
