[HCARC] MESSENGER photos of Mercury

Fred,

Brings back memories of watching Ranger impact the moon on TV before 
leaving for school.  Probably about 1960 or 61.  Biggest difference was 
the last picture was incomplete as Ranger was just taking it and was in 
the process of transmitting it back to earth when it impacted the moon.  
Not much on board memory.  The thought of a thousand photos in memory 
was incomprehensible back then.
