Harvey -

Here's the link to the web based server that gives I/O and
analog to digital (AtoD).

For power reset, a power relay is switched by a I/O line,
and then you can get fancy.  A directional coupler and
RF detector and do remote SWR readings.  Another
AtoD to read battery voltage.  All done for cheap.

A remote IP camera with tilt and swivel on the tower would
be fun.

Nice thing is all this can be remote controlled via internet.
