I agree that Amphenol connectors are the best.  I can buy replacement silver crimp sleeves to replace either a badly crimped one or if
I want to reuse the connector.  At the price of them, I do want to reuse them.  Does anyone know of a source for just the solder on pins that are used with N connectors??  Having these would allow reuse of the body (expensive part of the fitting) by replacing the pin and crimp sleeve.  Vetco sells the pins at $1.60 each which is highway robbery.  Replacement crimp sleeves are 30-40 cents each.  In most cases I would try to unsolder the pin for reuse, but poop happens occasionally!!  Every little bit helps.

If anyone sees them at a Hamfest, for 50 cents or so, please pick up 50 for me or get the sellers phone and email for me!!
