[HCARC] Super Price On Amphenol Connectors

I found a great price and availability of Amphenol Silver plated Crimp N connectors.  Connectors are approx $21.95 for 10 connectors plus shipping.  They only carry Type N Crimp connectors which is exactly what I use.  We found out at Field Day that crimping worked just fine – especially since I am “Soldering Challenged”.  Not to start a war, but for a new HAM crimp N’s are the way to go.  Why worry about waterproofing fittings and possibly doing a bad job of soldering.  AND, if you look on Ebay you can find replacement crimp sleeves that allow you to re-use the fitting easily.  You only have to unsolder the pin.  Email me for a link to the replacement crimp sleeves.  Each time you can re-use a fitting it’s like cutting the price by 40%.  Works for me.
