[HCARC] ISS

I'm not exactly sure what happened but just a few minutes ago the ISS flew over my house I was listening on 145. 800 and it sounded like a fax machine at least a 10 over s9 very strong signal. I was sending packets on 145. 825 and the next thing I heard off of the packet his call XE2OCM Monterrey Mexico,I'm not sure if you heard me through the ISS but I did hear him. That was a lot of fun is supposed to fly over us again tomorrow evening about 7:10 p.m. Tomorrow I'm going to try again. I just wish I could understand what that sound was on 145. 800.
