E51JD is currently on 10 meters at 28.472.  The operators name is Jim in the South Cook Islands.  Got through a couple of minutes ago.  When he calls CQ or QRZ he goes silent – just keep giving your call.  He is listening and making a list of which stations he wants to work and then will come on the air and give the list of calls/Prefixes or suffixes of who he wants to work and will work in order given through his list before calling QRZ again.  NOTE:  He gets upset if you happen to call while he is working his list so LISTEN CAREFULLY!!!
