Really glad to hear that the Repeater wasn't damaged by the storm.  I'll bet 
all sorts of scenarios were running through Harvey's mind, and it is great 
that none of them came true, except the one we all hope for - minor damage.

The repeater went off air about 1945 Monday night.
I couldn't get out there until yesterday afternoon about 1530.  I had to
walk in because of a muddy road.
I found that the power supply had crow-barred down to 0.7V.  It  just does
that sometimes.  The UPS should have isolated it from line voltage surges. I
just had to cycle the power switch off and on to fix it.
Sorry about 145.19, but I was concerned about lightning during the storm.
It never did get too bad.  I didn't get any hail, but a few had reported
some small stuff.
