[HCARC] Rain, glorious rain!

2.5 inches in Pecan Valley (Center Point) so far.  Checked at 2155.  That 
about doubles our total for the year so far - sad but true.  My trees are 
desperate for the rain and this will surely help.  Farmers with Sudan grass 
hay in must be smiling.  Won't hurt the Guadalupe or Verde Creek either.
