[HCARC] Hooray for Daylight Savings Time

Hooray for Daylight Savings Time.  The only thing they could do that would be more intelligent would be to adjust time so that the daylight hours would correspond to the normal hours that people are awake.  Daylight when people are sleeping is a waste and darkness when people are awake just uses unnecessary energy for lighting.  OF course if you look at the lights on Auto Row in Boerne, we as a people do care a wit about saving energy.  Some Day that might change and then I can go back to seeing the proper number of stars.

It’s simple to tell me to just change my schedule to conform with sunrise and sunset and that would be easy if the rest of the world wouldn’t require me to conform to their schedules and to keep appointments.
