[HCARC] Help w/ 9-volt Dual-polarity Power Supply

I need help building a dual-polarity 9VDC power supply. It will be used for
a binaural CW synthesizer that uses 741 Op-Amps. These devices require both
plus and minus 9V relative to ground. I've been using two 9V batteries, but
the current drain is sufficiently high that I'm tired of buying batteries.
If there is somebody in the club that can help me put together a compact P/S
to this end I'd sure appreciate the help. Thanks. -John/AC4CA
