[HCARC] is it cold

I have 24 degrees at 9 am with a recorded low from a thermometer I don't 
trust of 12.  Coldest reported on WeatherUnderground said for the Kerrville 
area was 16, and the coldest in the state at 12.   Accuweather premium 
predicted 13 as the low and they had the actual at 16 also.  It was 
forcasted to be cold enough to have bought 2 large metal dog kennels to 
bring inside my 2 Anatolian Shepherd females who are usually with my goats. 
They weren't used to the drill but were good girls and neither peed nor 
pooped in their new kennels.  Probably more than anyone other than my XYL or 
myself wanted to know.  NOW, if I haven't lost too many water lines I will 
be happy.

point 8 degrees Fahrenheit wind calm temp 12 degrees Fahrenheit skies clear
time 6:50 a.m.
