Well, I doubt we will be at Red Cross for that long – but long enough for people who want to work 10 meter SSB can do so. The 10 meter contests I have worked have been fun, low pressure affairs.

Gary-

Good luck. Whenever there is a 10 meter contest people seem to come out of the woodwork. I operated in one several years ago and was working people past midnight, something I had never thought possible.

A few Tech level club members and I will be operating Saturday at the Red Cross during the 10-10 SSB Contest in an attempt for the Tech’s to accumulate the required ten 10-10 Club member contacts for 10-10 Club membership. It’s a great time for people to get on the air – ASSUMING 10 meters is open for business (come on sun – you can do it). Email me at N5BAA at WCC.NET if you are interested in operating.

I am also planning on operating the club station during the Texas QSO party at the end of Sept. for anyone interested in operating.
