[HCARC] Ground Rods

I have found that Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) is a better ionizing
material and doesn't hurt the soil, nor degrade the ground rod - in fact it
makes the plants turn greener. Copper sulphate works too, but is death on
plants and some animals.
