[HCARC] Packet Echolink and IRLP

Maybe I am in the minority, but if I am I am joined there by the President 
of the club in not having any idea whatsoever what all the ruckus is about. 
All I can lend to the discussion is that during the meeting the other night, 
Harvey passed around a survey with some odd questions in it amongst some 
pretty mainstream questions.  Next thing I see is an email from Fred saying 
that due to some complaints, changes are going to be made in the Reflector.

Sorry to be so uninformed, but when the President (I sent him an email 
inquireing what is going on and he had as many questions as I did) and the 
Secretary of the club haven't a clue as to what is going on, how many other 
club members are also in the dark??
