[HCARC] Packet Echolink and IRLP

Concur- we like echolink at the NWS!  My only complaint was I could not get it to work from my iPhone.  And I needed that to work twice this year.

Fred and another got phone calls from me instead.  

Still going to try and come to a club meeting - missed last one due to a death in my family.
