I don't think so.
This is something that would need to be brought up in an Executive Committee
meeting and then sent back for engineering considerations and planning.
Then the Club could decide to go further or not.
As a reminder this started as a question of how to communicate with the
R.C.'s counties. Undoubtedly one or two repeaters are not going to be able
cover all, and HF will have to be used.
