[HCARC] George Wykoff

I was also sorry to hear about George Wykoff becoming a silent key. I have 
been wondering why we hadn't seen him Club meetings in a long time. Mattie 
asked me many times to ask about him, but I never seemed to remember.

Some Club members may recall that George, Jim Lindley and I worked on the 
Club's new By Laws. As a lawyer, George,  was a great help in our effort.
