HCARC team,

Plan is to write a very quick report and submit it to the SkyWarn team
(person?)
as a plan "B" and possibly have it written into emergency planning
documents.

Would love to try a 75 meter NVIS test - we DO have an 75/40 NVIS antenna
setup
at the NWS. So when ever you like to try....

The QRM was horrible Monday evening and it certainly prevented some
contacts
on 40m. So a night-time 75m test might be a good idea, and a digital
(PSK31,
MFSK or Olivia) test. What every you as a team want to try.

I can come back out to a monthly meeting and give a quickie report if asked.
