[HCARC] 40 meter test

Could hear you but only when something called the Brothers Net would go
quiet. They were on 7.192 and there was another net up on 7.194. Both of
these were significantly louder than HCARC was. I was listening with a
Kenwood R-1000 receiver and a 75 foot long wire antenna about 8 feet off of
the ground.
