[HCARC] New DXCC / IOTA Entry???

Today off of the Japanese coast a new island was born.  Admittedly it is rather WARM at the moment as it is the top of an active volcano, but maybe in the relatively near future we will all be trying to talk to someone on this new island.  To them, maybe the DX-expedition should occur in winter until things cool down a bit.
