Harvey...
 
Look for the white rope with the red tracers.  I've used this  stuff
for years with no sun or water damage.  I'm using both 5/16 and  3/16
sizing here.  Got it at Southerlands, but am sure Lowe's or Home  Depot
would have it.  50 foot length packages.
 
AC4CA got some rope from out of town that he loves, but not
sure of the source.
