To All-

This morning I met Rick Garcia and his brother Carlos in San Antonio. They’re both nice people who’re wanting to sell their father’s ham radio equipment last used in the 90s.

They have an erected 40 foot self supporting tapered tilt over aluminum tower, rotator and what appears to be a tri-band 3 element beam reminiscent of my Mosley TA-33. I especially liked the aluminum tower which still looks to be in good shape.

If you are into cleaning, tinkering and possibly fixing equipment I saw an old Kenwood transceiver, Heathkit Linear amplifier, what appeared to be a Yaesu VHF FM transceiver and I believe a Hammerlund HQ-129-X receiver. There are also vintage pieces of test equipment including audio generators, oscilloscopes and a VTVM.

If you’re interested in anything please email Rick directly and I’d appreciate a courtesy copy just to know if I’ve been able to help out.
